Nice shots all. The beach shot is a framer, and JTL we would expect nothing less from your collection, and I think everyone gets my OC relationship with La Barranca Grande. So here ya go (again).
From Desert View...

Hi folks...
my first image posting. All were done on a Canon A70 (soon to be replaced by a Coolpix 8400). No post other than resizing.
This last one was just taken on my cameraphone, so I'm not really submitting it for it's quality. It was just such a strange day. 1/2 black sky, 1/2 bright sunshine.

Looks like the hills around Livermore, and then Tahoe.
Thanks.

Thank you George and Jeff! Here's another...this time from Mather Point...which I think provides great viewing...when it's empty (which is almost never). Under exposed for dramatic effect.
Same as always: Canon S2, WC-DC58A Converter, ISO 50, f/5.0, 1/400 sec.
Here's a panorama shot of the Canyon that I posted a while ago but that looked a bit hazy. I've tried to tweak it a bit in PS to get rid of the haze. Not sure it worked but its a nice view anyway.
Around every picture there's a corner & round every corner there's a picture
- the fun's in finding them

Very nice winter shot. It illustrates the difference in altitude between the North and South Rim.
