A pano from our winter trip to the Alabama Hills near Lone Pine, CA
This might be one of them. Nice light, weather, and nice continuous panorama.

Lets make this former double post into something. I wanna post a panorama (old ) too .

One mountain range over from where many of my recent pictures have been.
This is looking really bad on my new monitor due to using the wrong color space...

Ugh. Not sure I could do that. I don't think I have more than a handfull of mid-day shots in my portfolio, excluding the overcast forest shots. I need my morning and evening light.
A wonderful pano. Again with the great light. When you go to work at 4pm and get off at midnight, sunset and sunrise shots are rare. Now with the fog moving in for diffusion... maybe. Mid-day works for location shots but is definitely not good for general landscapes and seascapes.
Like I said the time is coming, for a change. Soon I hope.

Need to get a widesccreen monitor for these panos. Excellent work guys. Those dunes are pretty spectacular too Lukas.
Around every picture there's a corner & round every corner there's a picture

Raven, stark and beautiful. The vertical color transitions are very nice. Reminds me of Washoe Lake at the end of summer.

It is a little like a remote version of Washoe lake, or like Washoe lake as it was about 150 years ago.

Exactly! Even 50 years ago. Do I hear the theme from Bonanza? Anyway it would look great as a 13x44.
Yours as well Lucas.

That water looks cool from a distance, Raven.
Here's a shot from Twin Peaks in the city. Taken at sunrise on Friday.

Wow, nice shot. Where the heck did you park? Unusual for no cars to be in the no mans land. Man I haven't been up there in years. Used to go to Christmas Tree Park once in a while.
