    Lukas,

    Which one did you get?

I went with the 24/3.5 II instead of the 17/4 because it takes filters.

I would go with 22-28mm if I had full frame. I have even given some thought to buying one of the wider ones and an adapter for my 4/3rds. But it is probably better just to get a different body when I decide to spend $2500 on a lens like that.

I got it used so I didn't take the full hit. I also picked up a used 5DII. I figured I'd need the live view to get the adjustments on the TS just right.

Well, Lukas, I always thought you would be someone who would make very good use of a T/S lens. Great for increased DOF landscapes, but also good for that diorama effect. SF is a good place for that since it works best with a view from above looking at something with details that have a known human scale. People and cars from a steep hill, etc.

Yeah, I'm more interested in the increased DOF and the shift to correct perspective distortion and 3 shot stitches, but I'll certainly try out the miniature thing. There's a lot to learn with this lens. Hopefully I can get the hang of it before photo season in the Bay Area rolls back around.

I'm still thinking that version of the 24mm would be good on micro 4/3, if someone then made a 10mm version...

    Raven,

You know LensBaby makes a Nikon tilt adapter for the m4/3rds. You can mount a nice old Nikon manual lens right on your Pen and tilt away.

I've heard that... it would be a lot cheaper, but probably not as nice an image as the dedicated T/S lens... Still has the problem that lenses wider than 20mm are very large and pretty expensive. Maybe when I upgrade to a micro 4/3 camera with a better screen I'll give it a shot. He he, if I had a lot of nice full frame lenses though, I might not resist trying for a camera to put them on.
