I think I like number 4. Something a bit wider w/o the tree would be ideal.

    BTW love your last Lukas
Thanks DPR! Nice shots from you as well. The foreground rocks in that first post create a nice subtle lead into the scene.

Nice scene Geoff. Looks like you got a nice reflection and some fog sitting on the water.

    Lukas,

Great soft colors. I like that the buoys make it look like a Christo installation.

That's a lovely shot Lukas gives a really cold frosty feel. Was it frosty on the trees in the background? You caught the mist really well too with a nice glow.
Going back, no4 you say.. I'll have to have a look at the shots I took I think I did a pano set but didn't get round to stitching them together so maybe I could get a wider shot. I'll post it in the Panorama thread if I find the shots, I think this one has seen enough of that location now.

Phill D, they are all good. I like the ones with the bird best. Of those I think the last or second to last crops are my favorite.

Kushnirenko those are some good lines.

DPR, good compositions, you might get better results earlier or later. Do you use a CPL?

I think I'll be in Washington in a few weeks.

This may have been in the sand dune thread all ready, either way I just redid the processing:

Yes that's a great shot Lukas. Can't quite decide if it's actually uphill or if it's just the camera angle you used. Pretty dramatic whichever.
