The vertical has beautifull colours and exposure is spot on to preserve the interest in that water

Thanks Phill, actually I am wondering IF this image is too dark. My PC Samsung monitor is not any close to my MacBook or Eizo in my office... hence the result looks bit too dark to me now. Perhaps I must urgently purchase iMac (since I hate using notebooks except for surfing and mobility).

Doesn't look too dark to me. There is a yellow outline sitting on top of the cloud near the sun that looks kind of funny. Not sure if that's int he original or if it's from pp.

was that fill in flash on the foreground foliage? - or just the lighting?...
