A bit simple as a landscape - but I've already posted a sunset tonight. Ewe with lambs at heel. On a hill in the townland of Ballymacreely. Try saying that after a beer or three !
This shot is from our deck looking across the valley towards a range of mountains. I would guess this range is approx. 7-8 miles away. We have a smaller range at our back also but its not rockie like the Madison Range in the picture. I come from Canada so these seem actually small to me, used to snowboarding in the Canadian Rockies around Banff and Lake Louise when I was of younger years... But, these are a nice view on certain days when they are not covered in clouds.
That's an awesome capture Bullit, the stream leads the eye right through the photo and there's stuff going on in all of the grounds. Ya gotta love the color and detail from that D50. Excellent work
Yes, we are 6 miles from town and if I had a longer lens I would be able to show you the trout that swim through in that creek, someday I will get myself a 70-200mm f2.8... I bumped up the contrast a little in that photo, it's not quite that gold this time of year but I like my landscape photos a little more on the vivid side, not sure if that's the proper way to do things but my eye likes it...
