    WTF is this artifact??

    shooting somethign today, when i go download into my computer, and look at some images, i notice these vertical lines in the (small sample) of the photo.



    this has never happened before, other images in this set were normal.
    shooting with canon rebel xt, iso 800, all normal settings, etc.

    Wow.. I have never seen that before... Thats interesting... Not for you im sure but... the pattern looks like T1-11 siding... ?? Im at a loss thats for sure... First time seeing it for you?

    Could be some sort of RF interference....was there a powerful transmitter near by?...maybe a CBer with a Linear drove by while the shot was taken...High power CBs can interfere with cable TV reception.
