The fellow looks like a cross between Chad Everett and Ernest Hemingway as done by Karsh. Id pay another 2 bucks to see another pic. Too bad there are no more. Once the company I worked for hired a homeless person. Everybody treated him rather badly. One day I found out he was an incredible pianist if he stayed away from the booze. There is always an interesting story behind every homeless person. Always a reason for their situation, whether mental, financial, or just plain circumstances and if you ask you might be surprised who the person is behind the dirt.

I got in some portrait practice today with the help of my gf. The first 3 were taken at f/2.8 which I think turned out a little too shallow for #2 as her right eye isn't quite in focus. #4 was taken at f/4. Any C&C appreciated.

I too like #4, but the girl makes the picture. The lighting is perfect.

Thanks guys. I took the first 3 down at the creek but on the way back up I saw the color of the ground and had to get one more.

Hank, great image, i love your images of people. i still need to learn how to capture people images because my wife forces me to delete all images with her appearance. she does not like them. funny enough the only image she likes is the one taken with film camera many years ago by her school mate (girl). PS: please no dirty jokes, she is not a pink
