Gintaras-What part of Deutchland were those shots taken? There is some beautiful country there and I wish digital had been available back when I was in Hanau and Frankfurt.

A few portraits from the weekend. 1-5 are done with an off camera strobe. I'm still trying to figure this stuff out. I haven't used the umbrella I got yet as it's always seems to be too windy. The sun came out for the last one so I put the flash away.

    Nice work, Adiseshanaik

Very nice pictures of your daughters, Adiseshanaik. I like the first one too, as TheWengler did. She looks like a pretty little lady, wearing that hat. The second one is also nice. It looks like she is studying you and trying to figure out what's on your mind. And the third picture is a cute one of your daughter.

    Nice work, Adiseshanaik.

These are really good - nicely balanced fill in flash

I haven't really managed to get the use of fill in flashnailed with a DSLR -
I used not to have any problem with FSLR - but often I get to much contrast
    - stong subject and dark background and if I turn the flash down the whole
image gets under exposed - I guess I need to experiment when it doesn't matter
