I love the abstract views of everyday objects. You must get some funny looks from passers by taking some of these shots. Just keep on ignoring them the images are great.

Thanks ReF, This was shot with my new lens I just got on the 14th. It is a Tamron 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) Macro. I used this lens in conjunction with my Kenko Extension tube set. It has done an awesome job so far.

That's just amazing. I wudda thought a microscope was necessary to see that close!
Looks like a cloth pattern from the 50's--I can imagine wearing a shirt like that when I was a kid!
