perhaps i've been in an artistic mood, or just bored...i've managed to delve up a few of my "abstracts"...

i've titled this one "waking up"...cause i hapened to take a nap on the couch, and this is kinda what it looked like

    just an alley in chicago

i turned my wide-anlge lense upside down on an Elvis book, and shot macro.

    gotta love rotating scrabble boards...

gstafleu - Its almost like waking up on a plane and you find that youhave been transported to another world, you looked down, "hmm, thats interesting. Sorta looks like some type of forest with either a crater or some type of mountainous peak, almost a strange looking volcanic type of peak." ... then your read the post and learn its a tree... wow is it that late already...

BE - Interesting shot of droplets. It has been raining here and I have been taking pictures of grass with water droplets on them. I suppose this is as good of spot for them as any... I know there is a leaf thread, a grass thread - maybe - but combine the grass and water and its mighty absract. so see attached pictures below.

Phisto - great series, I really enjoyed those pictures.

Well, its been a while since I posted in this gallery so heres another go at it...

Edit - removed a pic - too much PSE3.0 manipulation I think... Moved it to the heavily processed gallery -

    Something Simple... Isolated ....

BE, whatever it is, it looks like a shot of one of Jupiter's moons, taken by a passing explorer .

aparmley, very nice droplets, very "moody".

The following started out as a roll of straw. Thinking of BE's "moonshot," it looks a bit like a spacecraft achieving warp speed:
