    Bristol...love the last one...

BE, what can anyone say? You have an eye from a world beyond. On so many threads, you post one amazing photo after another. This last abstract: simple, elegent, beautiful...worthy of a series...

BE, great lines and colors in that last one.

Here is my abstract contribution, although it is probably pretty clear what it is (a tree where a branch was removed):

Thanks for the kind words. That is a great Abstract. There are a couple of ways of looking at it. My view is this. To me its like looking at the heart and soul of the tree. if you look real close, it almost looks like its beating. Just my thoughts.

I have recently been inspired by the other photos in this gallery to have a go at abstract photos myself, and this is one of the first ones i came up with.
I quite like it and it makes a good computer wallpaper.

    Self Portrait With Nail Thingy

    Hi Bald Eagle,

Your first post, second picture reminded me of this animated Zoom Quilt.

Here's a little self portrait I did using a device you see in novelty stores. It is basically a bunch of nails that take the shape of whatever you push into them.
