what can I say to such compliments? A humble thanks to such mighty praise. like I stated in another thread, Nature places it there, I just try to make it interesting. Such as the last pic, Its actually a close-up of something I found amazing, Dew on a spider-web here is the full shot. hope you like.

Thanks for the kind words. That is a great Abstract. There are a couple of ways of looking at it. My view is this. To me its like looking at the heart and soul of the tree. if you look real close, it almost looks like its beating. Just my thoughts.

I have recently been inspired by the other photos in this gallery to have a go at abstract photos myself, and this is one of the first ones i came up with.
I quite like it and it makes a good computer wallpaper.

Here's a little self portrait I did using a device you see in novelty stores. It is basically a bunch of nails that take the shape of whatever you push into them.
