My Son and I went in search of another Saxophone for him
This selection caught my eye from a photographic point of view..
(we were more auraly discerning when it came to choosing a
    suitable one for him)

Optically this shot is strange - because the lines are straight - not narrowing as they go up - it gives the appearance that the buldings get wider as they go up - I find my eyes going up and down searching for the distortion - but not finding it - great crop by the way!

    April in Colorado

Spring in Colorado is unlike most places - it can feel like summer one day and winter the next. Here is a recent night time photo of some big flakes falling from the sky. Z712IS, 36mm, f2.8, 1/250s.

By the end of May, the chance of snow diminishes and then we can look forward to a summer of damaging hail storms, lightning, and hopefully some moisture in the form of rain.
