Thanks for the suggestions and advise on posting. I will attempt to edit the past posts and I'll try to do better in the future!
It would be appreciated if you would post pictures in a little smaller format. One of our contributors suggested something around 800 x 600, depending on your sensor aspect ratio, which seems to work ok on a 1024 x 768 display
Also if you can post multiple images in the same thread we can click on the pointers instead of scrolling through multiple images.

Thanks back. It just makes viewing a lot more enjoyable if we can take in the whole scene without having to scroll around.

Here's one from Silver Lake in western New York. I got quite a few good shots that day, even from a bouncy party boat!

Here's one overlooking the Sound in North Carolina. Only using my little Fuji A340, but I still love the shot...

Very beautiful sunset photos guys. Not sure if mine can compare to some of yours, but I'll post 'em anyways . This was taken last summer, at a park called Deception Pass in Washington State. Camera: my Pentax Optio S4 (I've been pleased with how well this small, compact camera has performed for me)

i like the colors in this one. it's really neat how the image is divided in half by the colors, and how the balloon is directly in the middle right on the center line formed by the clouds.

note to self: don't participate in sad, silly threads unless you're looking for sad, silly responses.

Montanita Beach, Ecuador
Nice beach, excellent surfing (so I'm told), full of life. A nice place to spend an evening or two.
