I see some ghosting or motion blur in that first one. Maybe a Manual blend would work better.
Didn't noticed it was that bad on the right side of the pic (I only saw the misalignment on the left which I tought was caused by purple fringing).
Thing is, I used Photomatix basic 1.2.1 which doesn't have a manual align function but I'll see if I can do it manualy with some other application

Did you bracket multiple jpegs or did you use a single RAW file?

I could tell you but I wouldn't want you to get all pissy if it's the wrong brand
I like, Lukas. The simplicity of the composition is very nice and you got the shutter speed just right--the water looks soft but the waves are still distinct.
