mike, you might want to bracket your shots to avoid blown highlights when you shoot high contrast or extremely bright scenes, just in case your camera's metering system doesn't do what you expect it to.

I'm pretty new to all of this.I know when I took the pics from 8/31 I found that I had the iso at 1600 and they are real grainy full size.I now make sure that I check my settings before I start clickin.I didn't do and other processing to the other than the resize and photobucket actually did that.Any other suggestions or help from anyone is welcome.
Not so much a Sun set, but it was later evening and I like the Sunlight on the distant hills...Used the Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro for this'n. Straight out' the Camera, just resized.
