Phill D, very nice. You can't let the vivid setting take all the credit...I mean a vivid setting alone can't take a picture.
You've got to watch those vivid settings. Sometimes they'll crawl themselves right out of your camera bag at sunrise to grab a few shots. They're pretty snarky, really.
"It's 6am...do you know where your vivid settings are?"
We had a strange sundown tonight with heavy clouds just above it. Sorry for the power poles and such, it would be a better photo except for that.

Spook, I absolutely love this sunset shot you took. Far as I'm concerned, it's the power poles that help make it such a wonderful capture, as it leads the eye through the photo. Personally, I think it would have been kind of boring without the poles.

I agree with this 100%. The poles add to the image.
