I liked the 'Ducks' that were Canadian Geese.
With all the other threads going I thought I'd do a UK Pigeon
Shame about the reduction in resolution - orig was 5mp which
revealed loads of plumage details and colours (A-200)

A rare sighting indeed. Aren't UK pigeons a protected species? Thought I saw a bulletin in the Audubon Society Magazine...

Hey thanks for the kind comments guys - it's only a Pigeon at the end of the day ~ nice of him to stop there for a moment.
So next I have a Duck for you - this IS a Duck, not a Goose!!
Anyone got any idea what sort of Duck because I haven't.

Yup. That was interesting, as your pigeon looks more like a dove (I think they are in the same family). But I'm no Ornithologist (heck I can barely spell it).

I dunno. Looks kind-of like Donald Trump though (nice feather-over). Maybe it is one of these guys. I think your duck has a different doo, but close.

These are our birds. Beats two in the bush! My wife hates this picture. Do you know how hard that trick is to teach to an eight year old?! (Now ten).
