Botanic Gardens' birds
A young magpie (thanks Kev, I always get maggies & karrawongs mixed up, gotta remember maggie's have the white necks), paused a moment in its hunt for insects, to observe me curiously:
Not sure what this inquisitive little fellow is, but it posed beautifully by my photographic gear on a park bench, before continuing on its way, browsing for insects/worms in the undergrowth:
