    Downy Woodpecker

    Her is a shot of a female Downy Woodpecker taken yesterday. Got a shot of her hubby also but was able to sneak quite close to her, shooting between the branches of a Lilac bush. They were after the Suet that hung from one of the branches of the Lilac bush.

    Ducks

    Well, Spring is the time for love and ducks around here seem to be taking advantage of it. Hence these shots. The flight shot was a quick grab shot as he buzzed by.

    Smile Parrots and Egrets and Herons, Oh MY!

    Switchblade;
    Love those portraits.
    The others don't suck either. I am jealous, we won't see Herons and Egrets around here until July , usually.
