Definitely starling! Interesting plumage but they are a nuisance.

This is in the downtown area. Previous years could only view from the ground. Last year they buit a 5 floor parking garage across the street taking me to eye-level! Now if I could just get them to face this way - but the area to survey for food is the other way. Have to keep going back and see if can catch the Osprey flying in with a meal for the chick.
