While shooting action photos of remote control cars at a race, I took this photo of this bird while the high flying spector flew overhead.

My how this thread has grown...I'll have to spend the day catching up

Yesterday's bird captures from Sam Smith park in Toronto. It was my first time there and saw many different species of birds but as always it was challenging to get the shots I wanted. I didn't come out empty handed though

These Comorants were quite a ways out and could only get these shots which were heavily cropped. I must've waited almost an hour for them to get closer but to no avail....oh well next time.

    Very Nice

Great pictures people. The primary reason for me buying my Canon S2 was for taking pictures of birds. I'll post a few shots of the ones i have so far. Although they might not be as good as most of the ones i saw here. I'm still learning.

Other pictures of the baby? That was about the best one. I have about 3 others of it.
I will post them later on tonight.

    Here you go
This poor guy spent the day on the lawn chirping away for his mommy. I kept a close i on him wqatching for cats. He was in my neighbors yard. Once my neighbor came home we moved him to the top of the shed. That's when mommy decided to let her presence be known. I haven't saw him since then
