I second smugmug.com

As Riddick51 said, everyone will post their favorite.
As will I.
I narrowed my choices to pbase.com and smugmug.com.
1. Both allow links.
2. While you're not currently interested in prints, smugmug offers them while pbase does not.
3. Both have reasonably nice presentation, but smugmug wins out in my opinion.
4. Both allow password protected galleries.
Both offer free trials and both are comparably priced for base-level accounts ($25/yr for pbase, $30/yr for smugmug).
After setting up trial accounts on both pbase.com and smugmug.com, I decided on smugmug because I liked the "look & fell" better, the various views available to visitors, and the ease of uploading lots of images. This last point was very important in my decision but wasn't immediately obvious from the smugmug site. If you do go with them, make sure to check out the 'SendToSmugmug' application for Windows.
I never used customer support at pbase so I cannot comment on them. But when I needed information on mass uploading of images to smugmug, their response was both helpful and immediate. The few questions that I've since asked have similarly been responded to.
I regularly read the Panasonic forums here and at dpreview.com and steves-digicams.com. Check out the threads and I think you'll find that a *lot* of members use smugmug.
Please feel free to check out my galleries at http://rschofield.smugmug.com/ and, while I'm not trying to steal business from John Reed, feel free to use my smugmug address (smugmug@rschofield.net) as your discount coupon.

I found Smugmug.com is slower than Pbase.com in displaying a new photo after you click on the thumb nail.
BTW, nice photo gallaries, Dick. I like the orchids.

Another Vote for Smugmug
I went with smugmug and have not regretted it. Fast easy uploads, unlimited storage space, 4 gigs of bandwidth a month and the price is about right.

Thanks, Tigerli. That "shooting session" was my first using the Nikon 6T.

http://www.pbase.com is by far the best online gallery host. They also offer hotlinking without a size requirement. I had fotki.com and they kept killing my hotlinks to message boards because the photos were over 100K so I ditched them and never looked back.

Hey friend, do you know how to organise one's pics in Imageshack ? I'd like to put them in some kind of folder - EG the animal shots together in a folder, the flora/flowers etc in another, people shots, etc etc.
At the moment, all photos are just in the main My Images page ..

No problem - i figured it out
