Phisto and Bald Eagle...Thanks for the encouragement. I never did a lot of macro stuff, even with my SLRs...but this site and the great shooters on it really inspires me to go out and shoot. Thanks again guys!

A lot of great photos in this thread. This one was a photo of opportunity. It landed on my finger, so I whipped out the camera and shot. I wish I would have paid more attention to the background.

Funny you should post this, My Wife called me and said she found a newly hatched butterfly, I rushed over there and it was perching on her fingers. Posed very nicely, I hope you like mine.
