amazing! oh macro god! i've seen all this stuff under a digital microscope, and i must say the quality of yours is far better! now, i need help---can you tell me how i can photograph a 9mm long bug eating an ant in total darkness? (see my assasination bug thread)
here you go jeff! my best effort--(it'll improve) a moth sort of thing (but not a moth) on a fig tree. as with all my macro shots, flash lit. (tropical regions are impenetrably dark in the forest)
Terrific world Sigbhu !
Very difficult to take macro shots with low light.
I've a flight planned to India (Bangalore) for my job. Hope i'll have the time to take some photos.
No Sigbhu, the balanced light is quite ok, . Only the second one looks a lil' darker, but really not that much. Nice shots anyway, i like more the 1st one.
thanks, AP and J31!
jeff, try coming to the indian instiute of science when you come to bangalore( how come you're coming to bangalore for a job? i always thought it was the other way around)
wow jeff! you've inspired me to take more shots: here goes:
the first one is of a bagworm(or rather, its wonderfully constructed home, which is all you can see)
