    You have some nice photos there.

    Most people seem to think there is not much difference with or without Macro mode when using a Macro lens.

    Try it and see what you think.

    I love th emacro mode

    Macro/micro

    I just started macro/micro.

    Have two concerns.
    Lighting.
    Camera mount

    Mounted my Minolta 50mm back-wards to the FZ20 with a macro coupling ring

    Takes awesome pictures with a jury rigged camera mounting.

    Lighting is poor on a lot of pictures.
    With the shallow DOF holding the camera/lens is difficult.

    Would like to know haw you are doing it.

    Micro Picture: What is this?

    Took this with a 50mm lens reversed stacked to my FZ20 with a macro ring.

    What is this. It is growing! Also it is 1/2" by 1/2"
