    Here is a "Purple Candle Flower." I'm not sure what they are really called, it is a wild flower. Notice the little insect at the upper right.

    All done with an A95 Canon on the AE setting.

    @gstafleu - That's one cool-looking flower.

    @Geoff Chandler - I used to have strawberries in my yard too. But they attracted rats and squirrels, so they had to go . Strawberry flowers are nice, though.
