Wombat - Amazing shot. Draws you into the center. Thanks.

Here is one not nearly as great. Comments/suggestions always appreciated.

Loads of great shots as ever everyone. Nice to see a few shots showing more of the plant also, sometimes nice to get the larger picture - DThomson. Some great close ups to BE & Wombat.
Sometimes certain subjects just don't quite work - this is true for me with a yellow rose in the front garden - the A-200 just doesn't gell with it # it's either to close in using 200mm macro, or it's on the borderline between macro and not macro - so it's tricky deciding - either way this Rose really would be better with a wider macro (*also a nicer lighting would have helped)

Here's last years Yellow Rose bloom with the C-740
(obviously lighting etc was quite different - but C-740 macro is at 38mm as opposed to somewhere between 180 & 200 with the A-200)

Well I donít know if this actually qualifies as a flower, but it had just stopped raining so I went outside and photographed this daisy with all the raindrops around it. Its the only daisy in the garden LOL
