Perpetual flower photo thread

here are the colours of our beautiful country, the setting sun was kissing the yellow giving it an amazing glow. 300mmf4 captured the colours and the green contrast just beautifully. who needs a macro lens ?

Ah, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't know what to do with yourself if you didn't have a macro lens. Another good one. I like how you chose a focus plane in the center of the bunch of flowers instead of one in the front. I think it makes the in focus flowers pop out more. Thanks for your comments.

Lukas I've heard of people turning their lenses round before but never thought to ask how do you hold it in place & focus etc The macros seem to work pretty well though what ever you did.

I usually don't take pictures of flowers but I was walking down the sidewalk and stumbled upon this. Luckily, I had my camera with me (those events happen when i don't have it with me too often!)
