    Duck you...

    Seems every new camera is broken in with a trip to the local pond to shoot ducks. Nikon 8800, f-stop 5.6 at 1/500 of a second, using the zoom.

    I did the same thing once I got my D-70 a few months ago. Great shots, nice color. Thanks for sharing!

    nice photos! The 2nd duck photo has great color! I need to find some ducks to photograph

    Thanks BlueGrassGirl. My daugher and I hit a park/pond near us. Armed with a loaf of bread, we were able to get the ducks very close. I had bought my daughter a Vivitar P&S, so we both had lots of fun!
