monopod suggestions?

I didn't see an equipment forum to place this post so I figured I would try here since I'm using FZ20 . I'm looking for recommendations for a monopod. Requirements are small, light weight, quick to set up, and no too expensive. I know small and light don't go together with strong. I will be carrying it on a motorcycle while touring so size is a concern. I'm just looking for something that I can grab and use quickly when I need to be a little more steady than free hand. TIA

A nice monopod is the Cullmann 3081 - I've used it before and it works well with the FZ20.

I have this one, it is very well made but size and weight are not much of a factor to me.

i have a manfrotto digipod to which i attached a quick release plate. love it!
