You have to upload the photo to your own website or photo hosting service first, then when you have the photo's website address (url), you simply place it between IMG tags (each in square brackets) like this:

Had to take a picture of him (Wednesday) for my Daughter to put in a frame.

My apologies for posting two shots - don't want to be greedy. Not very good photos but this is one very silly cat. He actually fell of the arm of the chair into this position and being a really laid back cat couldn't see any reason to move.
