Bushwalking last weekend. Loving the rain after the drought. Handheld so please excuse the slight blur.

I always find waterfalls so difficult to capture- looks like some people did it pretty well here
It's not about how expensive your kit is, it's about the skill and dedication of the photographer, the emotion in every shot, and whether or not the little bugger moved before I pressed the shutter.

Here's one of a waterfall in the tropical biome:

Zmikers, one for the wall mate. Love the compostion with the foreground rocks leading the eye into the image.

A man made waterfall at the Dallas World Aquarium.
You haven't specified if you like C&C. If you've got a thick skin and want to improve as much as possible it can be useful. I hope I'm not out of place giving you some. I like your image but it could be improved.
I like the vine leading your eye from the left into the image (I personally like leading line photographs).
I like the falling water and the suggestion of motion by having some motion blur on it like you've done.
I'd love to see it a little darker though. The image imho looks a little overexposed. I don't know what software you've got but even if it's not right in camera you can often adjust the exposure a bit after the fact using either "levels" or "curves" in photoshop, lightroom, elements or paint shop etc. If you have the ability in camera to check that all the image data fits on the histogram is obviously best if possible.
