What can I honestly expect out of a D3200 as a photography noob?

Is there anything I should know prior to purchasing one? I'm really nervous about my first purchase. I'm getting this package The one that comes with 2 lenses.

Edit: Also what kind of macro lenses could you recommend to someone on a budget?

Edit 2: Awesome answers guys THESE were the responses I was looking for much better than /r/photography. Not trying to knock the subreddit.
