    Looks like we be stayin' here!

    Jeff has decided (mercifully) to keep these forums open.

    This was a great time for him to have a minor mental lapse (JK Jeff).

    Wonder if we can contact some of the former members, or recruit some new. Certainly think it would help generate additional revenue via new advertisers, and it has been brought up that we could also make contributions as well.

    I, for one, am stoked to stay in communication with all of the Nikon contributors, and look forward to the continuing photo excellence on this forum.

    Guys,

    Without bursting the bubble prematurely. There are only 18 votes in the stay alive thread and Jeff did not say that he was going to keep the forum open only that it was one option.
    IMO 18 votes is nowhere near enough to convince Jeff to continue to spend his own cash and keep this place running. If you really want it to keep going get out and get people involved.

    So he has indeed agreed to keep the forums open and running. However, your right, in that we do definately need to encourage people to post here.
