Do you always do a conditioning full charge of your batteries before an assignement?

Do you always do a conditioning full charge of your AA batteries fro your flashes before an assignment?

I usually simply recharge my batteries in the "Soft Charge Mode". Do you recondition your batteries?

I use a maha mh 800s charger and Eneloop batteries.

I also use Eneloops... I've come to trust them so I don't recharge the ones that are still in the 'charged' pile. But I will pull the ones out of the flash and top them up, just in case. And I don't bother to recondition... I just let them wear out.

Full reconditioning each time is unnecessary, especially with Eneloops. I find that with ordinary NiMH batteries, it's beneficial to do a reconditioning after every 10 charges or so.
Nikon D7000 and a bunch of Nikon stuff oh, and some Canon p&s's too
