Fuji has announced the new X-S1 superzoom bridge camera based upon the same sensor as the Fuji X10 which has had very favorable reviews.
Here is the official Fuji website for the X-S1 http://www.fujifilm.com/products/dig...fujifilm_x_s1/ This includes samples from an early pre-production camera. Don't judge them too harshly though, Fuji is notorious for putting out early samples that are not representative of what the final camera can do. If information is correct the X-S1 will be released this month in Japan and in February in other countries. US pricing information is unknown but Fuji Great Britain say £699 there and Fuji Canada says $799 Canadian. Rumor mill indicates US will also be $799. Don't attempt to estimate prices for other countries though based upon these. Actual global prices vary for a lot of reasons and you can't just look at the exchange rates.
A Singapore based photo forum has leaked some early information and sample photos (unofficial) from the X-S1 as well. http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/revie...film-x-s1.html
The photos from Singapore are also found on Flickr at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/myleica...7628241659421/ but maximum viewable size is limited to 1200 pixels. These are also from a pre-production camera.
The Fujiguys (Canada) have also produced some introductory videos on the X-S1
