    Lovely, but ridiculously large. My monitor is 1600 wide and this photo is way too large. Generally we post images here which are around 1400 pixels wide at max. Please see some other threads to see what I mean.
    In addition - I have FTTH and the photos still took a long time to download! I did not bother to click on the "Image Info" because I was so annoyed.

    These were taken hand-held whilst kneeling on gravel (don't ask) at Kitsilano Beach, Vancouver, last August during the Celebration of Light. This is an annual international fireworks competition held over three nights, and in 2012 the countries competing were Vietnam, Brazil and Italy. These photos are of some of Vietnam's display. And yes, my old knees were killing me at the end of the show.

    Hey Jeff your all the firework shots are tremendous. I have not more experience of taking firework shots but all the shots are nice my favorites are #1, #3..
    Sir les i like your shots also and other all..

    Next time scale some of the shots to fit a normal 19-21" monitor. Like this. Much more enjoyable (and great shot from that SX230 incidentally).
