beyond macro
in reading all the stuff about infinity objectives on a telephoto lens..
I figured why not try my el nikkor that i used to use on a bellows..and stuck it on my rokkor 135mm
I am happy to say it may never go on the bellows again...the field is so flat and crisp...what do you think?

In all seriousness, if I understand correctly, you have your telephoto attached to the camera and then the macro attached to the end of the telephoto? The lens attached at the end looks like a darkroom enlarging lens without the lens board.

I tried something similar in that I reversed a 50mm standard lens on the end of my 40-150 zoom and it had a similar effect. Seemed to work on my 14-52 kit lens too. It's definately fun to play with combinations like this.
Around every picture there's a corner & round every corner there's a picture
- the fun's in finding them

So the enlarger lens is reverse mounted and the 135mm (at infinity) is acting as a tube lens??
What's the working distance and mag factor?
-
Not reversed...around 3 x
