I never leave the house without the camera. I started a 365 day project this year but gave up. I couldn't keep thinking of different things to shoot.

I left it a little on the cool side because of what switch was saying. I definitely could have gone a little warmer yet.

TenD, your comments are always welcome, so feel free to "butt in" whenever you like.
In any case, this is not an exclusive club and we are tolerant even of practitioners from the dark side.

Switch, whilst not relevant to the colour issue, the Baby image illustrates some of what I was saying about limited DOF (Depth Of Field).
The Red material is in focus at the left and fades out of focus progressively right.
Similarly, the little girl's right arm (left) is in focus whilst the one further away is out of focus.
Not necessarily a bad thing, the whole image is a bit soft, perhaps from aggressive Noise Reduction?

If you include EXIF data with your posted images, we will be better able to assess what's going on.

Did you patent that??? LOL I could use that I shoot from the car all the time.

Pete, Switch said he likes to blur the background that is why he used small apertures. I told him he should start at f/8. He needs to shoot a series of shots from the smallest aperture to the largest with the camera on a tripod and he will see what we are talking about.
