    Here are a few shots I took the other day on my drive through NYC.

    I thought there was a Pooper Scooper law in NYC



    There were 5 men in the back of this truck. There was no back on the truck either. (This was a trailer behind the truck)

    Just a wild guess, but I somehow doubt he's going to get a ticket!!!
    Yet, it's not out of the realm of possibility. I've served as a Temporary Judge hearing traffic (and small claims) cases for the past 6 years and I actually had a case where a police officer was cited by another officer for driving solo in the carpool lane!
