It's nearly impossible to get a shot like this straight when you are looking up at the building. If you have the room, it would help a bunch to shoot with a longer lens, this will reduce a lot of the distortion you get when looking up and building like this.
I think this subject has some potential, but 12:00 is definitely not the time to be shooting. Early AM or late PM will yield much better results, work often gets in the way doesn't it?
A good photograph is knowing where to stand.
