    I was thinking about this. Are you saying my shots did not get better just my PP work. I had to first get the lightning right before I could even have a chance to mess it up PP. I can now go back and re edit all my not so good shots now and make them look better. I have alot of work to do. I don't know how many images I took.

    Looking at them again, the lighting seems a bit hard.

    They look similar to what you had before, but not overproccessed.

    Frank, I normally soften portraits especially kids. So if your use LR, try -30 on the Clarity slider.
    I normally use -30 to -40 on my son and about -20 on adults.
    It also softens any hard lighting effects.

    I will try and use LR. I still cannot get flash images right. I guess I will stick to outside shots,

    Hey at least it does not look like a direct flash shot. It's definitely a keeper.

    Here are the LR Edits. I lowered the exposure to -48 (for Ryan) and lower the clarity to -31.
