Went to See The USS New York

Took a ride to see the USS New York unfortunately we weren't the only people who wanted to see it. It was only open till 12:00 we got there at 9:00 and waited on line for about 2 hours before we were told we would not be getting on. Good thing the Intrepid was there for us to go on. Here are a few images from the day. There are more on my Flickr site

Everyone around the Midwest has to head off to Dayton, OH .... to get to the "Air Force Museum", to see anything cool like these, Frank.

The Intrepid has the largest collection of planes in the world. I could not believe how big it was and how many planes you could have on deck. I never went below the main deck to see the other planes.
