A little bit of good news...
After what felt like forever, I fanally replaced my stolen 350 with a 500. And none too soon. I've got a trip planned for New Orleans between Christmas and New Years, and I sure didn't want to take that trip without a light catcher.
Just wish I could afford some decent glass to accompany it. Oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Well, there is good glass to be had, to be sure. Costs can be all over the place.
If you get a chance to run down the suggestion "sticky" ... perhaps you will come across something that will work for you?

A Photographer Is Forever
Look, I did not create the optical laws of the Universe ... I simply learned to deal with them.
Remember: It is usually the GLASS, not the camera (except for moving to Full Frame), that gives you the most improvement in your photography.
