2 2" long red chilli peppers diced
2 big green peppers
1/2 stick butter
1 tablespoon dryed union
1 tablespoon dried garlic

melt butter then add above ing.
Cook on high 12" pan till 1/2 done
add 1.5 lb salmon
continue on med high till all cooked
serve

now if the wife would hurry up and get home i can eat..i'm hungry!
