Tokina 19-35mm Wide angle...Thoughts

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...A_19_35mm.html
Im curious if any members have/had this lens and if so, what are your thoughts?
Im in the market for an inexpensive wide angle for various reasons. My thinking is, the Tokina is cheap and if I find myself using it alot and can appreciate a wide angle "look", then I could justify spending $500-600 on a possibly sharper lens.
Besides price, can it even compare to the TAMRON SP AF 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di-II LD or a Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC . I understand you get what you pay for. But I still don't know if I will use a wide angle as much as I like to think that I will.
Thanks in advance!
Jeff

You seem to already have an 18-200 - That is wider than this lens?

This is better suited on a full frame camera (A900). It won't do you any good.
