Other things the DCRP can do.

Just wanted to share this with you guys / gals. I haven't posted much this week, but have popped in and out. My father in law passed away early on Sun. morning,'mothers day' here in the states, so things have been a bit chaotic and hectic as they always are with something like this. He lived just over a hours drive away, my wife is the executor, so lots of running. Other family members being idiots, but thats a whole other story. Anyway my dad died last spring, and my mother in law passed on palm Sunday 2007, my mother has been gone for about 10 years. Anyway the point of the post. now and then this week I would come here and read, maybe post and this became the one place of normalcy, and stability, a focus point so to speak! I also stopped in late at night before bed to see what was new from the day, it helped me keep a routine, and provided a time and place to relax and clear my head. So thanks for posting folks, and thanks DCRP.

    My sympathies, Sean.

I kind of went through an extremely similar issue, about two weeks ago, only it was right here. Must be that time of year.

    Good luck and stay focused.

Thanks, Sean. All I can find to say is "Life goes on ..." & "Get pictures!"

You have my sympathy Sean & Don too. Unfortunately life does kick back sometimes & strong positive things like this can be a real help to steady the ship. Surfing this site has become a significant part of the enjoyment I get out of my photographic hoby. Long may DCRP continue.

Sean those are hard times and my condolences. It is nice to have a place to go that you can call normal during those times. I understand about the family being idiots too, believe me. We're hear for you.
