Hunting Shack with some Visitors

Here is another series with the hunting shack. I drove by the other day without my camera and seen these vultures sitting on the roof. I was mad I didn't have my camera. I had to drive past it again yesterday this time I had the camera and the vultures were back.

The place does have an eerie feeling to it, Frank. Kind of like "Jason" meets "The Birds."

Your image also has a romantic aspect ... and is becoming a time-honored re-examination. What else could be "lurking?"

I will keep an eye out. There were some rail birds around it the other day.

Vultures are perfect for the ole' shack. Good way to add a little to an already interesting picture series.

The non-HDRs feel a little washed out, and the HDR feels a little overcooked. I really like the colors of the grass in the HDR, but back off a little on the saturation on that one, or boost the saturation and contrast a little on the non-HDR
